You may return most items within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. If the return is due to a quality problem, we will also accept the item as long as you describe the issue clearly.
Return shipping is free. We do not charge a restocking fee.
To start a return, contact us at info@lakesidemall.sbs with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return address and any instructions you need. Please wait for our reply before sending anything back.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund within 1–2 business days. After the refund is processed, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the money to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We do not offer store credit unless the original payment method is no longer available.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.
